NEW | Spanish Packaging and packaging waste Regulation (RDERE)

On December 27, 2022,  the Royal Decree 1055/2022 on packaging and packaging waste (RDERE) was approved in Spain.

Article 15 of RDERE, stablishes that all product producers or authorized representatives must inscribe themselves in this Register before 29 March,  2023
